This is your chance to get stronger than ever; physically and mentally.

 

Over 8 weeks, we’ll challenge you to lift heavier, move better, and train with purpose. You’ll build strength across your whole body, track your progress with real numbers, and be part of a team of women all pushing themselves alongside you.

You’ll surprise yourself with what you can do — and finish feeling stronger, more capable, and proud of every rep.

Who is it for?

This challenge is designed for members and non-members who are ready to go all in.
It’s for you if:

  • You need support and accountability to stay consistent

  • You’ve got lifting or fitness goals and want a structured way to reach them

  • You’re ready to train with intention and see what you’re truly capable of

You don’t need to be experienced with lifting — just ready to show up and put the work in.

What’s Included in the 8-Week Programme:

  • Performance Testing

  • At the start and end of the 8 weeks, you’ll complete a series of tests to measure your progress:

  • Main 5 compound lifts – deadlift, squat, bench press, overhead press, and a hinge variation

  • Chin-ups or progressions

  • Cardio/endurance test – so you can see improvements in your fitness as well as strength

  • Unlimited Classes
    You’ll get full access to all studio classes during the 8 weeks. Whether you want to mix strength, mobility, or conditioning, it’s all included.

  • Weekly “Open Hour” Free Weights Sessions
    Every Sunday we open the studio just for challenge participants. Come work on your lifts, ask questions, or get some extra practice in a relaxed and focused setting.

  • Weekly Group Check-ins
    Stay on track with short, supportive check-ins. Share wins, ask questions, and keep the momentum going.

  • Home Workout Ideas
    We know life can get busy — so we’ll give you options to stay consistent even if you miss a session.

FAQs

Do I need to be experienced with lifting?
Not at all. We’ll guide you through every step and adapt to your level. Whether you’ve been training for years or are new to lifting, you’ll have support the whole way.

What are the compound lifts we’ll test?
We’ll focus on the five main movement patterns: squat, hinge (like deadlifts), push, pull (like rows or chin-ups), and overhead press. These give a great picture of whole-body strength.

What’s the endurance test?
We’ll include a short, manageable test (think sled push, row, or circuit) to measure your cardiovascular fitness and stamina. It’s not about speed — it’s about progress.

What’s the “open hour” on Sundays?
A relaxed, supportive time to lift at your own pace. You can practice technique, push a bit heavier, or ask one of the coaches for help. No pressure, just space to improve.

I can’t make every session, is that okay?
Yes! We’ll give you home workouts, and the challenge is flexible around your schedule. What matters most is consistency, not perfection.

 

Is it open to non-members?
Yes! This is a brilliant way to try the studio, meet the community, and commit to your training. You’ll feel right at home.

 

What if I’m injured or returning to training after a break?
We can adapt where needed. If you’re unsure, just reach out and we’ll help decide if it’s the right time for you.
