Kickstart your morning and join us for a walk along the river, departing from the studio at 9:45 am, followed by coffee and cake back at the gym. Bring your kids, dogs, partners, and friends - the more, the merrier!
Alternatively join us for a free class at 11 am - the perfect opportunity to connect, move, and celebrate our strength together.
