Forever Strong is an 8-week, in-person programme designed to help you feel grounded, energised, and more at home in your changing body.
If you’re in your 40s or 50s and starting to feel things are changing - your energy, your mood, your strength, even how your body responds to stress -you’re not alone.
Peri-menopause isn’t just about hormones; it’s about learning how to manage the many symptoms and using exercise is a great way to do that.
This programme is about giving you back that sense of strength, stability, and confidence — not just physically, but mentally too.

What's included?

3 coached sessions per week (with 5 sessions during the week to choose from) - at our welcoming gym in Mortlake.

2 strength sessions - focusing on technique and progressive overload - because building muscle helps with hormones, muscle mass and bone health.

1 mobility and core session to support movement and recovery. You can't build lasting strength if you can't move your body efficiently, have flexibility and good recovery.

Expert Talks - specialists on topics such as pelvic health, hormone changes and other menopause topics.

Performance measurements at the start and the end of the programme so we can see your progress.

WhatsApp community - private group providing support, connection, encouragement and accountability.
