Get Ready to Tri Hard!
Ladies, it’s time to swap our dumbbells for some triathlon gear! We are getting ready dive into this epic challenge, where we’ll swim, bike, and run our way to glory (and some serious bragging rights)!
Our Triathlon Adventure Awaits!
Swim 750m: Channel your inner mermaid as we take to the water! Remember: the faster you swim, the sooner you can get to the snacks!
Bike 20km: Grab your helmets and let’s pedal like the wind! Don’t forget, it’s not just about speed; it’s about looking fabulous in spandex!
Run 5km: Lace up those sneakers and let’s run like we’re late for brunch!
