Supporting women through strength and community.
Our Story

The studio is owned by Caragh, Katy and Lizzie. We are all fitness and sport enthusiasts and have seen how life changes from our teens through to peri-menopause, and the effect this can have on our bodies and minds. Caragh and Katy are both mums and understand the importance of strength, movement and pelvic health in everyday life.
We want to create a space where all women across every stage of life, fitness level and body shape are welcome and can feel safe, build confidence and become the strongest version of themselves physically and mentally.
Most of all we want to build a community; somewhere you can come to train, relax after and build relationships beyond the studio floor. Whatever your personal goal may be, we are there to support you. We believe life should be full of balance, laughter and celebrating the process, not solely achieving perfection.
Like so many other women we have both faced pelvic floor issues and we realised how difficult it was to find the right space to rebuild strength, move freely again and get back to doing the things we loved. We are creating this space because it is something we wish we had had access to through the years. We also know that there are more stages to come and we want to be as mentally and physically prepared to deal with the changes when they arise.
We would love to chat and tell you more about our plans. Please feel free to drop into the stuido and say hi.

Why our focus on pelvic health
01
Vital at Every Life Stage
Pelvic health isn’t just a phase; it’s foundational at every stage of life.
03
An Often Overlooked Essential
Pelvic floor issues impact more women than most realise - affecting over 80% of women at some point in their lives.
02
Empowerment Through Body Awareness
Understanding your pelvic health is key to understanding your body.
04
Strength Matters
As we age we lose muscle mass each year, this has a huge effect on our bone health, hormone health and general body comfort and composition.
Pelvic health is the foundation for whole-body strength.
