Join our Stable & Strong team to tackle the Spartan Henley event.
Prepare to test your limits and challenge yourself across different distances and terrains. Obstacles are likely to include cargo nets, walls, plate drags etc., with burpee penalties for any missed obstacles(!). Teamwork and gym training are highly recommended.
Sprint - 5km + 20 obstacles
Super - 10km + 25 obstacles
