FAQs
Can I join if I miss a week?
Absolutely! We run two of the same sessions each week to give you flexibility. If you miss a week, just join the other sessions. The cost will remain the same.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just your body in gym clothes and a willingness to learn.

Is it suitable if I have pelvic floor concerns?
Definitely! In fact, it’s even more important. Learning proper technique and breathing methods for movements is vital when managing pelvic floor issues.

What if I am postpartum?
Just make sure you have clearance from your GP and/or a women’s health physio.

I'm new to strength training. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely! This program is all about learning. We’re focusing on form and technique, going at your pace to ensure a solid understanding of each movement before progressing. That’s also why we have two of the same sessions each week—you can attend both to reinforce what you've learned.

Do I need to attend both weekly sessions?
No, you don’t have to. If you’ve lifted before and are currently lifting, one session might be enough. However, if you want to solidify what you learn in the first session, you can attend the second one to practice and pick up extra tips.
