Strong


This is a class designed to help you improve your whole body strength. Typically lifting heavier weights at lower reps, whilst working pelvic floor and core to give you the stability to build strength. Class is suited to all abilities, with a focus on compound movements and form, giving a whole body workout.

Strength and Condidtioning

​

This class is where strength meets endurance. You'll lift and sweat through through structured workouts typically combining strength and cardio sets through varied formats (AMRAP, EMOM, circuits and intervals) to challenge your body and boost metabolism. You'll build strength and resilience with coaching at a level that's right for you.

Knockout Conditioning


Expect to punch your way through intervals, build strength, and boost endurance with and without gloves. The class integrates simple boxing techniques with high-energy circuits, delivering a total body workout that pushes your limits.

Stable Core

​

Focus on building deep, functional core strength. Using a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises, alongside guidance on pelvic floor engagement. You’ll learn how to connect, control and support your body through movement. A strong, well-coordinated core supports healthy pelvic floor function and gives you the foundation you need to lift heavier, move better, and feel more confident in your training.

Stretch and Mobility

​

This is a class designed to enhance your mobility, flexibility and overall movement; whether you're aiming to increase flexibility, reduce stiffness, or enhance performance. Emphasis on active stretching, breath and pelvic floor are key parts of this session. Stretch & Mobility will support you in finding better movement patterns and feeling more connected to your body.

Smash It Saturday

​

Turn up and expect the unexpected. These classes will give you a great workout, improve your strength, endurance and flexibility. Mixing a variety of traning methods to give you a great start to the weekend.

Mum & Baby classes

If you wish to access these classes, we request you complete our Stable Foundations or Strong Foundations programme first.​ If you wish to bring your baby to these classes, please purchase a " Mum & Baby" membership.

Stable Foundations

​

This is a class (Tuesday 14:00) designed to work on your breath work, pelvic floor and core strength while adding in some body weight and light resistance.

Strong (Mum & Baby)

​​

This class is a mix of Strong and Strength & Conditioning. This class is for all members, but little ones are welcome. There is a strong emphasis on core & pelvic floor, while working on building strength and endurance.

Strength programme for mums

A supportive 8-week foundations programme designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth. We focus on pelvic floor, core and breath first, then gradually introduce strength and movement, building confidence, control and strong foundations for long-term training.

A 4-week fast-track programme for mums experienced at lifting weights, progressing from core and pelvic floor connection to confident strength training. Designed to rebuild your base, reintroduce load, and prepare you for full strength classes in a safe, sustainable way.

Strength over Sixty

Strength over Sixty is our 6-week in-person programme designed for women aged 60+ who want to stay active, protect their bones and joints, and feel more in control of how they move.
