Only 12 spaces available

What would happen if you committed to 8 weeks of consistency, guidance, accountability and progressive training?

What if you stepped into 2026 with a clear plan, expert coaching, and a truly supportive community?

The Strength Challenge is more than training; it's structure, support and a team behind you, start to finish, and includes:

  • 8 weeks of focused training

  • Accountability - weekly check ins with your trainer

  • Structured, progressive overload

  • Supportive community

Who's the programme for?

Our strength challenge is perfect for you if you:

  • Have trained in the past or you're currently exercising, but are wanting structure and accountability to reach the next level;

  • Want to get strong, learn proper technique, and build habits that last;

  • Want results that are measurable, trackable and repeatable;

  • Want to train in a supportive, women's only environment where you feel encouraged;

  • Are ready to train consistently, lift with purpose, and reach your goals.

If you want to build discipline, strength, confidence and long-term habits, this is for you.

What’s included in the 8-Week Programme?

1. Baseline strength & fitness testing

Your first session includes structured performance testing so you know exactly where you're starting. Expect a mix of strength assessments, mobility checks, and (optional) body measurements.

2. Unlimited weekly training

Choose from any of our 25+ weekly timetabled classes across:

- strength;

- conditioning; and

- mobility sessions to aid recovery.

3. Weekly "Open Hour" free weights sessions

Every Sunday we open the studio just for challenge participants. Come and work on your lifts in a relaxed and focused setting.

4. Weekly check ins

Your coach will review your training, habits and progress, either online or in person. You'll get personalised feedback and adjustments to keep you moving forward.

5. Two skills masterclasses

You'll take part in two specialist 90 minute masterclasses to help you lift better and progress faster - Kettlebell Technique Masterclass and Mobility for Lifting Masterclass. These will take place during weeks 2 and 4 of the Challenge - and we offer a Thursday evening or a Saturday morning option, giving you flexibility.

6. Weekly challenges

Weekly offline challenges to build discipline and daily consistency...and to introduce a bit of friendly competition and support! To help keep you engaged, focused and progressing outside the studio.

7. WhatsApp group support

Daily accountability from your coach and your team, including:

- weekly wins;

- recipe of the week; and

- reminders, check-ins and encouragement.

8. Final strength & fitness testing (week 8)

You'll see exactly how much you've progressed across strength, stamina, technique, and confidence.

FAQs

Do I need to be experienced with lifting?
Not at all. We’ll guide you through every step and adapt to your level. Whether you’ve been training for years or are new to lifting, you’ll have support the whole way.

What are the compound lifts we’ll test?
We’ll focus on the five main movement patterns: squat, hinge (like deadlifts), push, pull (like rows or chin-ups), and overhead press. These give a great picture of whole-body strength.

What’s the endurance test?
We’ll include a short, manageable test (think sled push, row, or circuit) to measure your cardiovascular fitness and stamina. It’s not about speed — it’s about progress.

What’s the “open hour” on Sundays?
A relaxed, supportive time to lift at your own pace. You can practice technique, push a bit heavier, or ask one of the coaches for help. No pressure, just space to improve.

I can’t make every session, is that okay?
Yes! We’ll give you home workouts, and the challenge is flexible around your schedule. What matters most is consistency, not perfection.

Is it open to non-members?
Yes! This is a brilliant way to try the studio, meet the community, and commit to your training. You’ll feel right at home.

What if I’m injured or returning to training after a break?
We can adapt where needed. If you’re unsure, just reach out and we’ll help decide if it’s the right time for you.
