Strength Over Sixty is our 6-week in-person programme designed for women aged 60+ who want to stay active, protect their bones and joints, and feel more in control of how they move.

This is not a bootcamp. It’s a welcoming, encouraging space to build strength safely — with expert guidance, friendly community, and workouts that meet you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re brand new to resistance training or returning after a break, this programme will help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.

  • Performance measurements & progress tracking

  • To monitor improvements in your strength, balance, and confidence — and keep you motivated

  • 2 expert talks on women’s health

  • Including bone health, pelvic floor, and how to stay strong through menopause and beyond

  • Small-group setting

  • So you get personalised coaching and a friendly, supportive group of women around you

Do I need any experience?

Nope. We’ll teach you everything from scratch. Our goal is to make you feel capable, not overwhelmed.

 

What if I’ve trained before?

Perfect — we’ll help you build on your technique and challenge you to progress.

 

Will it be too hard for me?

No — everything is scaled to your ability. You won’t be asked to do anything unsafe or uncomfortable.

 

What happens after the 6 weeks?

Many women choose to continue with our classes or 1-2-1 personal training. You’ll have built the confidence and skills to keep going.
