Strength Over Sixty is our 6-week in-person programme designed for women aged 60+ who want to stay active, protect their bones and joints, and feel more in control of how they move.
This is not a bootcamp. It’s a welcoming, encouraging space to build strength safely — with expert guidance, friendly community, and workouts that meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you’re brand new to resistance training or returning after a break, this programme will help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.

What happens after the 6 weeks?
Many women choose to continue with our classes or 1-2-1 personal training. You’ll have built the confidence and skills to keep going.
