Strength in Perimenopause: Strength That Moves With You
A 6-week, in-person programme designed for women navigating the shifts of perimenopause, even if you’re not quite sure that’s what it is yet.

​

If you’re in your late 30s, 40s or 50s and starting to notice changes; your energy dipping, your mood swinging, sleep going out the window, or feeling just a little less “you"; you’re not alone.

​

Perimenopause doesn’t always come with a big announcement. Sometimes it’s subtle, aches that hang around, strength that doesn’t come back like it used to, a shorter fuse, or feeling exhausted even when you haven’t done much.

​

Strength training can help with all of this.

 

It’s one of the most powerful tools we have to balance mood, improve energy, support hormone health, and feel more in control of our changing bodies.

This programme is about helping you reconnect to that sense of strength, confidence and steadiness - both physically and emotionally.

​

We’ll help you:

  • Build muscle and protect your bones

  • Support joints and ease stiffness

  • Improve energy, mood, and sleep

  • Feel more capable and connected to your body

 

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about moving in a way that works with your body, supported by expert coaching, a welcoming group of women, and a space where you don’t have to pretend everything’s fine. You get to show up exactly as you are.

Because you deserve to feel strong, steady, and supported; now, and for the years ahead.

What's included?

  • 1 specialised class a week, either Tuesday 7:30 am or Thursday 6:30 pm - you choose a time that works best for you each week - at our welcoming gym in Mortlake.

  • Unlimited access to all other studio classes during the week.

  • You may wish to supplement the specialised class with 2 of our Strong classes - focusing on technique and progressive overload - because building muscle helps with hormones, muscle mass and bone health; and 1 Stable session to support movement and recovery.

  • Expert Talks - specialists on topics such as pelvic health, hormone changes and other menopause topics.

  • Performance measurements at the start and the end of the programme so we can see your progress.

  • WhatsApp community - private group providing support, connection, encouragement and accountability.

Anyone who is experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or is approaching perimenopause and wants to build a tool-kit to improve their health and wellbeing during this period and beyond.
